I am pleased to announce that Elite Properties has designated this site as our first shared company web site. What this means is that — if everything goes the way I hope it will — this site will be a forum for Bridget and perhaps other agents in the company who want to participate in our efforts to reach out to more buyers and sellers in Amador and El Dorado County.

That also means that although I’ll be sticking in my verbose two cents from time to time, when you ask a question or contact an agent here you’ll be working with an agent who’s working full time to help buyers and sellers, rather than the broker whose time is divided between helping his clients and helping other agents to be successful.

What’s really gratifying is that there are unconfirmed rumors that clients are already starting to find us this way, and we’ve only been talking about the area for a short time. Our Amador County Adventure is just beginning, really. Now all we need are a picture of the Mine House Inn and a few hundred more posts.

There’s the Mine House Inn. If you’re driving down route 49 through Amador City and you see this place, hurry up and find a place to park, because our Elite Properties Office is across the street and a few yards toward town (look for the sign).

So if you’re an out of area buyer, you could stay at the Mine House Inn and then easily meet your Realtor® in the morning to go look at houses.

I wonder how the coffee is. Maybe if they see this link I’ll get invited for a cup.
